Compressed air driven Power packs from Maximator are the Perfect tool for mobile high pressure generation. These compact rental units made of stainless steel generate a pressure of up to 4.000 bar with Liquids and up to 2.100 bar with gases.

Coning & Threading Machine
Maximator has success with our new rental consept for High Pressure Technology. Our investment is paying off.
Efficient, single ended operation makes the MAXPRO Coning & Threading machine the NEW “state of the art” technology.
The Coning and Threading machine is mounted on an industrial duty mobile cart which offers convenient and generous tool storage and a large chip collection/cutting oil system.
The machine is unique in that it requires less operator training and overall operation time is faster than other competitive machines. A selector knob allows the operator to “dial in” the tubing size to be coned and threaded. This automatically sets the correct thread length for faster set up. Both coning and threading are done in sequential operations controlled by the single lever with feed handle assist. No need to remove the tube for each operation once tightened into the collet. Die head resets automatically after threading during the full retract stroke.

Hydrogen Cone Check Valve
H2 Cone Check Valve
Check valve with high reliability for the use as non-return device in hydrogen filling and testing applications. Low leak rates at high pressures because of special cone shaped poppet in combination with non-metal thermoplastic (PEEK) seat. Materials of construction are chosen with regards to hydrogen embrittlement, corrosion resistance and durability.
